A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
QUALIFIED MEMBERS TO THE JOB
OPPORTUNITIES ADVISORY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park by
Ordinance No. 723 has established the Baldwin Park Job
Opportunities Advisory Commission? and
WHEREAS/ in order to carry out the purposes and functions
of the Commission, appointment of qualified members is
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park:
SECTION 1. For the period of one year the following
businessmen and residents are hereby appointed as Commissioners
of the Baldwin Park Job Opportunities Advisory Commission:
Chairman: Harry J. Otting, Jr.
Members: Fred Heitman
Bob Williams
David Barker
Charles Cook
Frank Zarate
Millie Whitley
Joe Cale
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the
appointees hereinabove described.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 1976.
