A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
QUALIFIED RESIDENTS TO THE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park by
Ordinance No. 724 has established the Baldwin Park Housing
Advisory Commission? and
WHEREAS, in order to carry out the purposes and functions
of the Commission, appointment of qualified residents is
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Baldwin Park:
SECTION 1. For the period of one year the following
residents are hereby appointed as Commissioners of the Baldwin
Park Housing Advisory Commission:
Chairman: Father John Flack
Members: Dr. Robert Lane
Rose Martinez
Thomas Klein
LeMarr Mosley
SECTION 2- The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the
appointees hereinabove described.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 1976.
