A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ACCEPTING THE
FINAL REPORT OF THE HOUSING AND COM-
MUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE AND
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO THE COMMITTEE
MEMBERS FOR THEIR SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the Housing and Community Development Committee was
created by the Baldwin Park City Council to advise the City Council
on Housing and Community Development problems and priorities, and
WHEREAS, the Committee did meet in an open and forthright
manner, and
WHEREAS, the Committee did establish a list of problems and
priorities reflecting needs in Baldwin Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby accept the final report
for reference regarding Housing and Community Development projects,
and
WHEREAS, the final report has been received by the City Council
and the Committee is hereby dissolved until reactivated by the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK commends:
Don Holmes, Chairman Michael V. Dargus
John Hybarger, Vice-Chairman Maria T. Garcia
Dr. Robert 0. Lane, Secretary Raymond R. Gomez
Dorothy Berthel Santos Hernandez, Jr.
James W. Bouitt Jim Kilgore
Leonard M. Brandon Henry J. Littlejohn
Janet Brown Joe Pierce
Earl Van Buskirk Adrian Ruiz
for their unselfish community support and service on the Housing and
Community Development Committee during the months of January through
June, 1976, and expresses its appreciation for their community action
THE CITY CLERK shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June 1976.
