A RESOLUTION OF
CITY OF BALDWIN
DEMANDS AGAINST
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of'Baldwin
Park for the period from 5-30-76 through 6-26-76
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of sn8,i49.48
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 5197
through 5^17 inclusive, in the total amount of 135,460,26
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park.
