A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
QUALIFIED RESIDENTS OR PROPERTY
OWNERS TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
ADVISORY COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park by
Ordinance No. 725 has established the Baldwin Park Community
Redevelopment Commission; and
WHEREAS, in order to carry out the purposes and functions
of the Commission, appointment of qualified residents or
property owners is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council' of the
City of Baldwin Park:
SECTION 1. For the period of one year the following
residents or property owners are hereby appointed as Commissioners
of the Baldwin Park Community Redevelopment Advisory Commission:
Chairman: James Garrow
Members: Carlos Villamonte
Clyde Slagowski
Albert Stockton
Dwayne Glass
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the
appointees hereinabove described.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of August 1976.
