A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CALIFOR-
NIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY'S NEIGHBORHOOD
PRESERVATION PROGRAM
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. There is a need for citizen financial assistance for
preservation and improvement of existing housing within the city to halt
decline and stablize the economic health of the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve to actively participate in the Housing Preservation Program and
submit an application for acceptance in the California Housing Finance
Agency Preservation Program.
SECTION. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August
1976.
