A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE CITY'S
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND PUBLIC PROJECTS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND,
RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That those certain standard specifications and standard
drawings for public improvements and public projects, dated March, 1969,
adopted by Resolution No. 69-35 and amended by Resolution No. 74-48, upon
the recommendation of the Public Works Director are hereby amended to include
the STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION 1976 Edition) and
are hereby adopted by the City Council of said City.
SECTION 2. That a copy of such standards are on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and forward a certified copy thereof to the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Baldwin Park.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October
1976.
