A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK. CALIFORNIA. NAMING
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE
APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE
OF OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PURSUANT
TO THE PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 1976
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park desires
to apply for financial assistance pursuant to the Public Works Employment
Act of 1976;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Acting City Manager was
authorized to execute any and all necessary applications and documents
on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park for the purpose of obtaining finan-
cial assistance pursuant to the Public Works Employment Act of 1976, in-
cluding any extensions and/or amendments thereof;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution;
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October 1976.
