A RESOLUTION OF THE BALDWIN PARK CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING A CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUITY TO
ALLOW BOAT BUILDING IN THE C-2 ZONE AS AN
ENCLOSED USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH SALES AND REPAIR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council determines the intent and purpose
of Section 9610.A.11 is to allow boat building In
the C-2 zone; and that the use shall be conducted as
an enclosed use in conjuction with boat repair and
sales.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby APPROVES of this use
in the C-2 Zone.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS THIRD DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1976.
