A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON
THE PROPOSED PUBLIC SERVICES BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park is proceeding with necessary
studies in order to dearly and specifically establish
the feasibility of constructing the proposed Public
Services Building;
WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact Report has been prepared
on the proposed project pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Draft Environ-
mental Impact Report and has found, as stated in
Resolution PC76-49 that the following facts do exist:
a. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report has been
prepared in accordance to all mandated'State,
County, and Local regulations governing the
preparation of said reports;
b. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report has
sufficiently addressed itself to the identifications
of all significant effects and mitigating measures
of the proposed project; and
c. That the Draft Environmental Impact Report is consistent
with the adopted plans and ordinances of the City
of Baldwin Park;
WHEREAS, the City Council has provided for public input and testimony
on the Draft Environmental Impact Report by having a duly
noticed public hearing as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Baldwin Park City Council
does hereby certify the Draft Environmental Impact Report
on the proposed Public Services Building as presented;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all comments received during the review
process shall be incorporated with the Draft document to
become known hereinafter as the Final Environmental
Impact Report for the proposed Public Services Building.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of the Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th Day of November 1976
