A RESOLUTION OF THE BALDWIN PARK CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN SP-30
ESTABLISHING SETBACKS AND STANDARDS
FOR ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPING
REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTIES ON BADILLO
STREET, RAMONA BOULEVARD AND PUENTE
AVENUE. RAMONA-BADILLO-PUENTE INDUSTRIAL
NEIGHBORHOOD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a. That the City Council has conducted an advertised
public hearing on Decenber 2, 1976.
b. That the area within SP-30 has not been developed
with uniform setbacks and landscaping requirements; and
c. That the Planning Commission and City Council have
determined that uniform setbacks and landscaping
will enhance the visual quality of the area within
SP-30; and
d. That the Planning Commission and the City Council also
determined that the economic health and welfare of all
properties in the area of SP-30 will be benefitted by
the enactment of SP-30.
SECTION 2. That Specific Plan SP-30 as shown on Exhibit A" hereto, be
and the same hereby is adopted,
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF DECEMBER, 1976,
