NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting is hereby called to be held on
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2006 At LVO p.9L at City Hall Council Chamber, 14403 E. Pacific
Avenue, Baldwin Park, CA 91706. Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting

AB 1234 :Ethics Training
Presented by 1 sistiamt 0k, Attornev Joe Pannone
AB 1234 requires all elected and most appointed officials to take ethics training, if
any of those officials receive compensation for their service or are reimbursed for
their expenses. The basic requirement is at least two hours every two years,
although the first dead line is January 1, 2007 for those officials in office on
January 1, 2006 (AB 1234s effective date). For any attorneys who take the
training, MCLE credit will be applicable.
