A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING AND ADDING
TO RESOLUTION NO. 76-69 SETTING FEES AND
CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE, PROCESSING AND
FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES, PERMITS
AND LICENSES ESTABLISHING A PERMIT FEE
REFUND POLICY AND GOVERNMENTAL REPORTS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 76-69 Exhibit A" 1s hereby
amended by the addition of the following.

SECTION 2. That if a permit has been issued and a fee paid,
and if none of the work provided for in such permit has commenced, the
City shall refund the amount of the permit fee in excess of $10.00 to
the person to whom such permit was issued, or to the person designated
in writing by him provided that:
a. Written application for a refund has been filed
in the Office of the Building Regulations Supervisor
within 120 days from the date of issuance of such
permit; and
b. The permit receipt for which a refund is requested
accompanies the aforesaid application; and
c. There shall be no refund of permit fees of $10.00
or less, and there shall be no refund of plan
checking fees.
SECTION 3. The regulations pertaining to the refund of permit
fees shall apply only to Municipal Code Sections 7000, 7007, 7100, 7101,
7200, 7300, 7402.
SECTION 4. The fee schedule for Governmental Reports" as
shown on Page 1 of Exhibit A" of the City of Baldwin Park, City Council
Resolution No. 76-69 is hereby amended by substituting the following:

SECTION 5. This Resolution shall be effective as of January 1, 1977
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
