A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS. NO PARK
EAST SIDE PARK PLACE NORTH OF RAMONA BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendation of the Traffic
Committee of the City of Baldwin Park, and pursuant to Section 3193 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed
to install curb parking prohibition signs and curb painting at the following
location:
1. On the easterly side of Park Place from
the beginning of the curb return at the
Park Place and Ramona Boulevard inter-
section northerly a distance of 43 feet.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Public Works shall take the necessary
steps to cause notice of said restrictions to be given by the appropriate signs
and curb painting.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this
Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Director of Public Works.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January 1977.
