A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DETERMINING A NEED FOR
CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS TO THE 1976 UNIFORM
CODES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, there is a need for modification of the administrative
sections of the 1976 Uniform Codes to make them compatible with the Municipal
Code and better serve the community.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park as follows:
SECTION 1. Sections 202(f), 204, 302(e), 303(a), b) and d) and
306(c) and d) of the Uniform Building Code, Part 1, Administration, of the
Uniform Plumbing Code, Sections 203 and 307 of the Uniform Mechanical Code,
Sections 1.0, 1.1 and 1.11 of the Uniform Swimming Pool Code, Section 304 of
the Uniform Sign Code and Section H-202 and H-203 of the Uniform Housing Code
have been amended and such amendments have been incorporated in the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
