A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
A CERTAIN MEMBER TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That the following named person is hereby appointed as
a member of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. Such
appointee shall hold office, at the pleasure of the City Council, and
shall serve for the term of office as follows:
Samuel Wiest for Office No. I, the term
to expire on June 30, 1977
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the appointee
hereinabove described.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April. 1977.
