A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PA:^K COMMENDING
CLIFFORD 0. STEELE FOR HIS OUTSTANDING
PUBLIC SERVICE TO IHE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK
WHEREAS, recognition of outstandinq public service is in the
interest of justice and encourages continued effort and dedication; and
WHEREAS, the People of Baldwin Park desire that their public
servants receive proper recognition for their efforts to make Baldwin Park
a better place to live; and
WHEREAS, since June 11, 1956, Clifford 0. Steete has served the
People of Baldwin Park in the often difficult and dangerous profession of
law enforcement; and
WHEREAS, he has served in that capacity in a selfless, highly
professional and exemplary manner.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED th^t the City Council on behalf
of the People and the Employees of the City if Baldwin Park, does hereby
commend Clifford 0. Steete and wish him a fruitful retirement and success
In whatever future endeavors he may pursue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1977.
