That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that certain street easement between Francisquito Avenue and Tracy Street in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on that certain map or plan on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, being designated as No. 77-V-3 and to which reference is hereby made for further particulars, said area proposed for vacation is described as follows: Un-named Future Street Easement as shown on Map 77-V-3. SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of Section 8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. SECTION 3. That in accordance with Section 65402 of the Government Code, this matter has been referred to the Planning Commission and they have determined that it is in conformance with the General Plan. SECTION 4. That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the 4th day of August, 1977 is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers at the City Hall located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation as above described. SECTION 5. That the Street Superintendent shall cause notices to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code. SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
