A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
CERTAIN MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed
as members of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park. Such
appointees shall hold office, at the pleasure of the City Council, and
shall serve for the term of office as follows:
Samuel Wiest for Office No. 1
the term to expire on June 30, 1979
Merrill F. Whittey for Office No. 2
the term to expire on June 30, 1979
Robert Larson for Office No. 3
the term to expire on June 30, 1979
Carl M. Burnett for Office No. 4
the term to expire on June 30, 1979
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the appointees hereinabove
described.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1977.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duty approved and adopted
