A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A BASIC
SALARY PLAN PART-TIME TEMPORARY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference,
marked Exhibit A", is a Basic Salary Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 2250
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to positions in the City's em-
ployment which are designated and classed as Part-Time Temporary" positions
in such employ.
SECTION 2. Each position in the Part-Time Temporary shall be identi-
fied and compensated for at the Range shown on Exhibit A".
SECTION 3. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be construed as
guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any vested interest in
any salary or position.
SECTION 4. That any portion of Resolution No. 77-51 in conflict
herewith is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
commencing August 21, 1977, and shall remain in effect through and including
the 30th day of June, 1978, and shall thereafter be of no further force or
effect.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City Manager, each
department head of the City, and the Secretary of the Personnel Commission.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August 1977.
