A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING THE VACA-
TION OF A CERTAIN STREET EASEMENT BETWEEN
FRANCISQUITO AVENUE AND TRACY STREET
77-V-3)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1941", the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, did on the 7th
day of July, 1977, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 77-44, declaring
its intention to vacate a certain street easement between Francisquito Ave-
nue and Tracy Street in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Anaeles,
State of California, as shown on Map 77-V-3.
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duty published and notice
of street vacation duly posted, alt in the form, place, time and manner re-
quired by law and all legal requirements hav? hepn met; and
WHEREAS, this City Council, at the hearing designated by said Resolu-
tion of Intention, on the 4th day of August, 1977, heard all of the evidence
offered in relation to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE and ORDER, as follows:
SECTION 1. That said certain street easement between Francisquito
Avenue and Tracy Street, as shown on Map 77-V-3, not being needed for present
or prospective public street purposes, and therefore the same be and is hereby,
vacated for public street purposes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the
passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof, attested
by her under the seal of the City to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this I8th day of August 1977.

of said County.
