A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE CANVASS OF THE SPECIAL
MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE
22ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1977, TO BE
MADE BY THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
WHEREAS, a special municipal elect-ion wilt be held and conducted in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, on
Tuesday, the 22nd day of November, 1977, as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires the canvass of said
election to be made by the City Clerk of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant tc Section 22932.5 of the Elections Code
of the State of California, the canvas? of the special municipal election
to be held in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of November, 1977, is hereby ordered
to be made by the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That the City CL?rk of said City shall, prior to the
29th day of November, 1977, complete t'le canvass of the special municipal
election to be held in said City on th? 22nd day of November, 1977, and
shall certify the results to this said City Council on the 29th day of
November, 1977.
SECTION 3. That the City C1?rk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution; shall ent?r the same in the book of original
Resolutions of said City, and shall ma e a minute of the passage and
adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of
said City, in the minutes of the meetiig at which the same is passed and
adopted.
SECTION 4. That this Resolu'.-ion shall take effect immeditatety.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November 1977.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of November 1977, by the following vote
