RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A
1978-79 HCDA COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park intends to participate in the
1978-79 HCDA program and,
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park desires to cooperate with the
County of Los Angeles in the implementation of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1977 and,
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park win receive HCDA funds as
necessary to accomplish certain permitted activities
that benefit the City, especially the low and moderate
income elderly and handicapped people of the community.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Cooperative Agreement is
approved between the City and the Los Angeles County
to begin the undertaking of the 1978-79 HCDA program.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1977
