A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to
Government Code, the Director of Finance does
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred

through 9176 inclusive, in the total amount of $141,458.85
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.
