A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING PHILIP
R. SEXTON AS ACTING CITY MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Philip R. Sexton be, and hereby is, appointed as
the Acting City Manager of the City of Baldwin Park, effective December 5,
1977.
SECTION 2. That the compensation to be paid to said appointee shall
be as set forth in Resolution No. 77-52, for the position of City Manager.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and forward a copy hereof to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1977.
