A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING ROBERT
FLANDRICK AS ACTING CITY ATTORNEY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the appointment of Robert Flandrick as the
Acting City Attorney for the City of Baldwin Park, effective December 1,
1977, is hereby ratified and approved.
SECTION 2. That the compensation to be paid to said appointee
shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 77-52, for the position of City
Attorney.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and forward d copy hereof to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1977.
