A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Director of Finance does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 12-11-77 through 12-24-77
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of 64,825»25
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 9545,9546,9547 & 9549
through 9652 inclusive, in the total amount of 99,995.72
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of
