A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
A TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT
CLAIM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 1.5 of the Southern California
Association of Governments SCAG) Guide for filing Transportation Development
Act Claims, 1978-79, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
authorize the claim of the City of Baldwin Park for Article 4.5, Community
Level Transit Funds.
SECTION 2. Furthermore, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park hereby registers its approval of the purposes for which the Article 4.5,
Community Level Transit Funds Claim is being filed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April 1978.
