A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
INFORMAL OFFERS OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC
STREET PURPOSES AND ALL USES APPURTENANT
THERETO MARION AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
1) That a certain informal offer of dedication has
heretofore been made by the owner of certain real property, located
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as are more particularly described as follows:
A portion of T.1.S., R. 10 W. consisting of a
strip of land 40 feet wide the center line of
which is described as the easterly line of lot
5, Tract No. 4911, recorded in Map Book 85, page
13 in the office of the County Recorder of Los'
Angeles County, and the northerly and southerly
projection of said easterly line of said lot 5
bounded on the south by the northerly line of
Olive Street per said Tract 4911 and bounded on
the north by the southerly line of Chitcot Street
per Tract 29416 recorded in Map Book 724, pages
93 and 94 in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
2) That said area is proposed for use as public streets,
together with a11 uses appurtenant thereto; and
3) That the acceptance of the said offer of dedication is
required, and is in the public interest.
SECTION 2. That the said offer of dedication, relating
to the property hereinabove described, be, and the same hereby is
accepted.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles for the purpose of recording this Resolution.
