A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADJUSTING A SEWER
CONNECTION FEE
WHEREAS, the property owner of the property at 14260 Datewood
Street has requested sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a review of the sewer
connection charge as it affects his property; and
WHEREAS, a review of the connection charge has been made; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recomnended an adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park that the connection fee for 14260 Dalewood Street
shall be $1,536.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day o£ June. 1978.
