A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Director of Finance does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.
SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 6-11-78 through 6-24-78
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of t71»979»45
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 10831
through 10906 inclusive, in the total amount of 155»999»07
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.. as amended: Add warrant #10912 $95,148.65
Dain Insurance Agency Amended Total $231,147.72
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of
