A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 74-35 AND
ADOPTING REVISED REGULATIONS FOR RELOCATION
ASSISTANCE
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, Section 7267.8 of the Government Code of the
State of California requires public entities to provide relocation
assistance when such relocation is caused by a public entity; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-37 of the City Council of the
City of Baldwin Park was adopted, establishing guidelines for
relocation assistance; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-37 no longer meets the
guidelines mandated by the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Baldwin Park that Resolution No. 74-37 is hereby
repealed and that the Rules and Regulations for Relocation
Assistance, as set forth in the attched Exhibit A", hereto and
incorporated herein as though set forth in full, are hereby adopted
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th/^a/ of August, 1978.
