A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A 1979-80 H.C.D.A.
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY
Whereas, the City of Baldwin Park intends to participate
in the 1979-80 H.C.D.A. Program and,
Whereas, the City of Baldwin Park desires to cooperate
with the County of Los Angeles in the implementation of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1978 and,
Whereas, the City of Baldwin Park wi11 receive H.C.D.A.
funds as necessary to accomplish certain permitted activities
that benefit the City, especially the tow and moderate income,
elderly and handicapped people of the Community.
Now. therefore, be it resolved that a cooperative agree-
ment is approved between the City and the Los Angeles County to
begin the undertaking of the 1979-80 H.C.D.A. Program,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 1978.
