A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the Government
Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the availability
of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the
period from 8/20/78 through 9/2/78 inclusive, has been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and that the same is
hereby ratified and approved, in the amount of $106,562.60
11400 through 11408 and
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers/ 11412 through
11462 inclusive, in the total amount of $239,877.04
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have
been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and the same are
hereby approved. Warrant No. 11449 Void. Reissue Warrants 11464 Signal
Maintenance $444.38; 11466, Edison $77,814.35. Total remains the same.
