A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING ACCEPTANCE
OF A STREET LESS THAN 40 FEET IN WIDTH
BALLENTINE PLACE)
Whereas Section 1805 of the Street and Highway Code of the
State of California provides a city cannot accept a street less
than 40 feet in width and,
Whereas the proposed street is a partial dedication,
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby determine
and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the proposed street is necessary for the
proper development of the area.
SECTION 2. The dedication as proposed is hereby accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September
1978.
