A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A PROGRAM
OF LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM
PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has applied for the use of
Federal Aid for Urban Systems Funds in the amount of $225,958; and
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 2 to Local Agency/State Agreement
No. 07-5323;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. That the Program is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1978.
