A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section
Code, the Director of Administrative Services

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Pafrk for the
period from 9/17/78 through 9/30/78 inclusive, has been
presented to the City Council as required by law, and that the same is
hereby ratified and approved, in the amount of $103,403.82
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 11554 through
11647 inclusive, in the total amount of $301,928.03
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have
been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and the same are
hereby approved.
