A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 78-65 SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR
ISSUANCE, PROCESSING AND FILING OF VARIOUS
CITY SERVICES, PERMITS AND LICENSES RELATES
TO SECTION 3400, ANIMAL CONTROL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 78-65 Exhibit A" is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 3400 Animal Control
Dog License As set by Ord. No. 4729
of the County of Los Angeles
as amended through and
including October 1, 1978
SECTION 2. That a11 Resolutions or portions thereof, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1978.
