A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK COMMENDING
AND RECOGNIZING RUSSELL E. BLEWETT
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE TO
THE COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the citizens and Council of
Baldwin Park that persons rendering services to the community and
bringing honors to the name of Baldwin Park receive public recognition;
and
WHEREAS, Russell E. Btewett is resigning as Mayor of the
City of Baldwin Park to pursue private endeavors more effectively;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Blewett has at a11 times faithfully served the
City of Baldwin Park with dedication and professional integrity of
the highest order;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby recognize the outstanding service performed by
RUSSELL E. BLEWETT
and that he be commended for his public service to the community;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council, staff and people
of Baldwin Park express their deepest gratttpide to Russell E. Btewett
and wish him continued success in a11 futuw endeavors.
