A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK TENTATIVELY ENDORSING
THE S.C.A.G. DRAFT 208 PLAN AREAWIDE
WASTE WATER TREATMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Council does hereby tentatively accept the S.C.A.G
Draft 208 Plan Areawide Waste Water Treatment Management Plan", hereafter
referred to as 208 Plan as follows:
WHEREAS, the 208 Plan is important to the quality of life for
each and every citizen of the City of Baldwin Park; and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park generally concurs with the
findings, policies and actions of the 208 Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park desires to make no changes to
the 208 Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park concurs with the specific
actions recommended by the 208 Plan for our City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park desires to make no changes to
the specific actions recommended by the 208 Plan for our City.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park tentatively accepts the 208 Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of^ecember. 1978.
