A RESOLUTION OF THE BALDWIN PARK CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING A CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUITY REGARDING
LAND USE DENSITY PERMITTED IN THE R-2 ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council determines the intent and purpose of
Section 9560.3 of the Zoning Code which is to allow
residential dwelling units at a density not to exceed
2,500 square feet of lot area per dwelling unit.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby APPROVES of this
clarification for the R-2 zone.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS TWENTIETH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1978.
