A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REVISING HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT FUNDED
PROJECTS FOR FY 78-79
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, California hereby determines, finds and declares
there is a need to provide financial assistance to the
Baldwin Park Business Development Corporation, and to
provide for a Population Survey and that:
a. HCDA Project No. 78C59 Economic Development)
added to the previously approved list of
projects; and
b. HCDA Project No. 78C63 Population Survey) is
added to the previously approved list of
projects.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby authorize that funds in the amount of
$75,000 be withdrawn from Project 76C58 and assign
$50,000 to Project 78C59 and $25,000 to Project 78C63.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately.
