A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
RELATING TO PREPARATION OF A POPULATION
ESTIMATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby authorize and direct Philip R. Sexton, City Manager, to execute
on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park, an Agreement between the Department
of Finance of the State of California and the City of Baldwin Park,
relating to preparation of a population estimate for the City of Baldwin
Park, by the Department of Finance of the State of California.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March 1979.
