A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 78-116 AND RESOLUTION
NO. 77-64 RELATING TO THE BASIC SALARY
PLAN CLASSIFIED SERVICE AND PART-TIME
TEMPORARY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No- 78-116, Exhibit B", and Resolution
No. 77-64, Exhibit A", attached hereto, incorporated herein by this
reference, marked Exhibits B" and A", are hereby amended.
SECTION 2. That a11 Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict
herewith are hereby repeated.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be in fu11 force and effect
through and including the 30th day of June, 1979, and shall thereafter be
of no further force or effect.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each department head of the City, and the Secretary of the
Personnel Commission.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of/March 1979.
