A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS NO PARKING,
LITTLEJOHN STREET, NORTH OF LOS ANGELES
STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendation of the Director
of Community Development, and pursuant to Section 3216 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Director of Community Development is hereby instructed
to install curb parking prohibition signs and curb painting at the following
location:
1. The entire length of Littlejohn Street
north of Los Angeles Street.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Community Development shall take
the necessary steps to cause notice of said restrictions to be given by the
appropriate sings and/or curb painting.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Director of Community
Development.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Ap^il, 1979.
