A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A PROGRAM
OF LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM
PROJECTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Baldwin Park has applied for the use of
Federal Aid for Urban Systems Funds in the amount of
$299,162.00; and
SECTION 2. That approval of Program Supplements Nos. 5, 6. and 7,
to Local Agency/State Agreement No. 07-5323 is necessary
to obtain the funds:
SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve that:
a) the programs are hereby approved;
b) the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
on behalf of the City;
c) the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this
resolution.
