A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING THE REPORT
REQUIRED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 8.5, DIVISION
14 OF THE STREET AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA. ST. LIGHT DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a. That the City Council did, in 1965 form a street
lighting maintenance district pursuant to the
Street Lighting Act of 1919; and
b. That the City Council did determine to proceed to
levy assessments for 1979-1980 fiscal year
pursuant to Chapter 8.5, of said Street Lighting
Act of 1919 on February 21, 1979; and
c. That the City Council has ordered the report
required as a part of Chapter 8.5.
SECTION 2. That the City Council hereby resolves as follows:
a. That the report as presented is hereby approved.
b. That the levy for 1979-1980 fiscal year contained
in said report is hereby ordered and made.
c. That the City Clerk is instructed to file said
assessment with the tax collector for collection as
required assessments as part of the 1979-1980 tax
bill.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to
the Tax Collector.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of June 1979.
