A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY ARKA FOR BTURV
PURPOSES WEST RAMONA PROJECT)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin pa?^
desires that the area hereinafter described be studied to
determine if a redevelopment project within the area is feasible;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that a redevelopment
project be initiated within the area should it be found that
such a project is feasible; and
WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community
Redevelopment Law Health and Safety Code), Sections 33000 et seq.
provides that a redevelopment survey area may be designated by
resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park hereby designates as a redevelopment survey
area the area described on Exhibit A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof.

SURVEY AREA BOUNDARIES:
A portion of land in the City of Baldwin Park,
bordered on the north by the centerline of Ramona
Parkway and the southerly line of Tract No. 17498;
bordered on the east by the prolongation of the
westerly line of parcel 35 as shown in County Assessor's
Book 8544, page 23; bordered on the south by the
center line of Ramona Boulevard; and bordered on the
west by the westerly city limits.
