A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A BASIC
SALARY PLAN UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE
POSITIONS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this
reference, marked Exhibits A" and B", is a Basic Salary Plan, adopted
pursuant to Section 2250 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to
positions in the City's employment which are designated and classed as
Unclassified Service Employees" and Fixed Positions".
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be
construed as guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any
vested interest in any salary or position.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect through and including the 30th day of June, 1980, and shall
thereafter be of no further force or effect.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each department head of the City, and the Secretary of the
Personnel Commission.

3. In addition to the basic salary, the City will contribute
7 percent of the Basic Salary Range or Fixed Rate of
Unclassified Service Employees, the City Manager and the
City Attorney towards the employee's P.E.R.S. contribution
4. Unclassified Service Employees and the Fixed Position of
City Manager shall receive $100.00 per month for the use
of their personal vehicle for business purposes.
