A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A PROGRAM
OF LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM
PROJECTS RAMONA PARKWAY)
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park has applied for the use of
Federal Aid for Urban Systems Funds for the improvement of Ramona Parkway, and
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 2 Revised to Local Agency/State
Agreement No. 07-5323 is required to provide the funds:
NOW, THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. That the Program Supplement No. 2 Revised 1s
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th day of August, 1979
